It's the ability to control what you can control. WHAT? Yes, you heard me right. There is so much you can do to THRIVE through perimenopause and actually feel better than you ever have in your life.
It's TRUE. I am walking proof of this as are ALL the women I have helped change their lifestyle and their lives.
The main thing to understand here is that most women in perimenopause don't even know they are in it. They know somthing doesn't feel right. They know when they look in the mirror something is going on but they can't figure it out. It starts wearing on them. They feel worse each day. They are dealing with more issues at work and home that is exhausting them and increasing their stress and cortisol. Their doctor isn't listening. As far as the weight gain they just say eat less and work out more. You feel ALONE!
